Annotation. The article examines pedagogical and didactic principles of
implementing new learning technologies in the system of supplementary education.
The relevance of the study is determined by the processes of digitalization and
modernization of education, as well as by the increasing role of supplementary
education as a flexible and variable educational environment focused on learners’
individual needs. The purpose of the article is to identify and analyze the key principles
that ensure the effective application of modern educational technologies in
supplementary education.
The methodological framework of the study is based on systemic, activity-based,
and learner-centered approaches. The research employs methods of scientific literature
and regulatory document analysis, comparative analysis of educational technologies,
and generalization of pedagogical experience. The article considers interactive,
distance, game-based, project-based, and digital learning technologies, including
VR/AR, from the perspective of their pedagogical relevance and didactic effectiveness.
The results of the study show that successful implementation of new learning
technologies is possible provided that the principles of accessibility, individualization,
learner activity, visualization, consistency, and the integration of theory and practice
are observed. Special attention is given to the role of motivation of both teachers and
learners, as well as to the necessity of combining traditional and innovative teaching
methods. The practical significance of the article lies in the possibility of using the
obtained findings and recommendations in the activities of supplementary education
institutions to improve the quality of the educational process and ensure sustainable
learning outcomes.
