Annotation. The article substantiates the thesis that in the context of global environmental challenges, sustainable competitive advantage is formed within an organization through the transformation of its managerial architecture. The purpose of the study is to reveal the mechanisms by which Green Management restructures key internal subsystems of a company to create unique and hard-to-imitate competencies. The methodology is based on system analysis, synthesis of the Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV) concept, stakeholder theory, and ESG reporting data. As a result, four internal drivers of competitive advantage were identified: the formation of a “green” organizational culture and Green HRM, the creation of an innovative environment, optimization of resource flows, and improvement of manageability. The practical significance lies in providing managers with a structured model for the strategic transformation of an organization.
