SOCIAL PROGRAMS FOCUSED ON CHILD PROTECTION IN KYRGYZSTAN

Annotation. In this article, the author analyzes social programs aimed at creating and strengthening regional networks of social assistance institutions for families and children by the state. It is confirmed that each of the analyzed programs is aimed at improving the mechanism for implementing the rights of minors; at creating and strengthening regional networks of social assistance institutions for families and children. In order to improve the effectiveness of the work of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic with children in difficult living conditions and in need of special conditions of upbringing, many issues of international cooperation in the field of child protection in Kyrgyzstan are traditionally resolved within the framework of the United Nations, which implements major international programs and projects aimed at improving the situation of children in our country. The Program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Family Support and Child Protection for 2018-2028 is aimed at strengthening and developing the institution of the family, increasing the social role of the family in the life of society, as well as ensuring the protection of the rights and interests of children.
