FAMILY PRACTICES IN THE FORMATION OF HEALTHY EATING CULTURE AMONG PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN THE DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT

Annotation. The article examines the peculiarities of forming a healthy nutrition culture among preschool children in the modern digital environment. The influence of digital content, advertising and media consumption on children's eating habits is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the role of family and teachers in the formation of healthy eating skills. The risks of digital marketing of unhealthy food and the need to develop parents’ media literacy are considered. The conclusion is made about the need for a comprehensive pedagogical approach to the education of a healthy nutrition culture in the context of digitalization of society.
