KPI AS A TOOL FOR MANAGING EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION
Key words: KPI, personnel, motivation, efficiency, management, digitalization, labor stimulation.
Annotation. The article examines the role of key performance indicators (KPI) in the personnel motivation management system. The necessity of implementing KPI in the context of the digitalization of the economy is substantiated. An analysis of the impact of KPI on labor productivity and organizational performance is conducted. Practical recommendations for the implementation of a KPI system are proposed.
