THE ROLE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN ENHANCING THE EFFICIENCY OF PUBLIC SERVICES

Annotation. The article examines the role of information technologies (IT) in improving the efficiency of public services. The necessity of implementing digital solutions in the context of e-government development is substantiated. An analysis of the impact of IT on the quality, accessibility, and speed of public service delivery is conducted. Practical recommendations for improving the public service system based on digital technologies are proposed.
